Morality is Liberty without Force

Browsing Posts tagged tax strike

Over the past few months, I established website No-Ruler.net with Blogger.

We have seen ever-increasing collectivism using the immoral Force of government to bring upon America an totalitarian government which has proceeded to set aside our Constitution.  This is nothing new, but we have passed all possibility of return.

The collapse we have been writing about here on Morality101 for a couple of years remains largely ahead of us.  The more government manipulates with TARP and “Stimulus”, the real effects are delayed but building up to cause this “recession” to become the deep dark abyss of the Greatest Depression this world has ever known.  It will result in bankruptcy of the U.S.A. and of most or all other countries; a collapse not only of the monetary system but of the governments as well.

Please visit our article http://no-ruler.net/blog/secession/.   As we anticipate that this work will take most of our attention over the next several months, we could certainly use comments, feedback, and related articles there.  So please also register so that you can participate!

If you are in tune with us here, the biggest help you might be is simply forwarding the No-Ruler article to everyone you know!  The more quickly we can spread the word, the better our chances will be of avoiding the battles of revolution.

And since it’s that time, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

List of Taxes and Terms. This link is within a huge website Investopdia.com, a Forbes Digital Company, very impressive indeed.

The above link appears to be a complete list of the many many different taxes people endure, usually paid without even thinking that things should be different.  Better still, each of the items in the list are linked for much more in-depth.

Now here is WHY we are including this webpage and will be writing more about the true burdens being foisted up America, sadly to it’s utter destruction.  For now, suffice it to say that the income tax alone is totally inadequate to cover all the costs, that income tax receipts dropped dramatically this year.

We can probably avoid filing and paying income taxes, but all these other taxes are attached to everything we buy in one form or another.  They are sales-type taxes, taxes on property and other assets, and/or fees for the “permission” to do virtually anything.  They call those licenses and permits, which protect nobody, but provide employment for the multitudes useless inspectors and regulators.  These things are in your pocketbook and in your face at every turn.

This is hardly a new issue, it’s as old as the dirt between your toes.  However, as our country goes thru the throes of regurgitating collectivism and regaining freedom, virtually all of these can be stricken in the process of rebuilding our country and sub-governments at all levels.  The income-tax strike is helping break this immoral system, but all the taxes on this list (and many others, I’m sure) must be dealt with.  Withdrawing our support by withdrawing the stolen dollars and property will require different tactics.  Income tax is simple, just don’t pay them.  But how do we rid ourselves of a sales tax on everything we buy?

This needs much more coverage than I have time for today, but I will be back with much more SAP!

Whatever revolution that starts in California, always spreads to the nation. In arguably the most liberal state in America, California taxpayers sent a message to the nation on Tuesday: “We’ve Had Enough and We’re Not Going to Take It Anymore!”

Okay, Okay, “Revolution” is not exactly a tax-strike but Wayne Root makes a case for it.  Already in the run for President in 2012.  I like him.

When you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with *****. Idiot Harry Reid maintains that paying income tax is voluntary in the U.S.. Harry Reid is the Majority Leader in the U.S. Senate. He’s obviously not very bright. But then again… he is a politician. Interviewer Jan Helfeld does a great job of trying to nail him down but… w…

Ole Harry for once said a truth, but didn’t believe himself. Really a stumbling oaf.  But hey, if you like videos you’ll see for yourself.

In a remarkable video, Irwin Schiff asserts and convincingly shows that there  is NO law requiring you to pay income tax.  Not only that, he discusses the applicable Constitutional Amendments and the total absence of Laws and HOW to deal with the IRS.

However, I cannot in good conscience hide his website from you: http://www.paynoincometax.com/

So YES YOU CAN stop filing;
YOU CAN stop paying;
YOU CAN stop withholding income taxes!
Join the Tax-Strike!

You SHOULD stop taxes, because by paying taxes you are supporting government which ignores your Constitution and negates your personal rights and liberty. America has entirely lost it’s sense of the morality of personal freedom, and so long as people allow themselves to be conned into paying taxes, America will collapse without hope of recovery back to freedom.

The video in on my webpage – Irwin Schiff

Watch closely, and be prepared to take notes!

This began as a comment to a Digg thread pitching Ron Paul, a popular thread which needed expansion and action beyond what I had posted there.

All of us many problems, but solutions are all over the map and not much is viable.  We are deep into economic collapse, our greenback will take a huge hit from the $$ added by the illegal Fed to keep things afloat for these many things, tax stimulus, Bear-Sterns (we got lucky there, but), Fanny/Freddy, now AIG is worse using nationalizantion.  It has all led to economic collapse, well underway and ready to fall off the cliff.

I also like Ron Paul, but his pitch to vote 3rd party will accomplish nothing.  This campaignforliberty.org has no candidate,  no real agenda and will accomplish nothing but some contributions for a while.  There is no 3rd-anybody out there who can win or even crank up a decent campaign before November 4th.  I too would like to vote for principle, but it’s really not worth the gas this time.  So we are stuck with McBama, and no matter which wins, either will make it much worse.

The system is broke, and the time for fixing it has passed.  The brainwashed sheeples will proceed to vote their brainless convictions, and those of us who understand this mess are all SOL.  In one way, it serves us all right, the sheeple for forfeiting their minds, and ourselves for failure to use due diligence over these last 3 generations beginning with FDR.

All  and all this is wasting precious time and diverting focus.  There is a solution I hope to publish yet tonight, it will be titled “Down the Tubes” on http://morality101.net/blog/?p=182.  It will begin with the text of this post, and continue with the only solution in sight (short of revolution, I mean).

…continuation of the Digg comment, not posted to the Digg thread…  So if you came here to get it, you know more than they do.

Meanwhile, at 10 p.m. last night (Sep 17th) I happened to catch the Charlie Rose interview show with Hank Greenberg, founder of AIG, and Rep. Barney Frank, chairman of the House Finance Commitee.  It was astounding, to say the least.  For the discussions about AIG and it’s nationalization fit exactly into the scenario as I anticipated it would play out.  The nationalization came near to wiping out Greenberg’s 12% interest in AIG, and then came Rep Frank, who showed the complete stupidity of not only himself, but also of the players behind the scene.  Frank is obviously a fascist Democrat (MA) who opined that all these problems were caused, not by the interference and manipulation of both the Fed and of Congress, but by inadequate regulation (interference).  By the time this interview was finished, the handwriting was on the wall.  Fanny/Freddie had been nationalized, Lehman had gone into bankruptcy, and now AIG was nationalized at a cost of 85 billion dollars the trillion dollar company was siezed by the government and thus will be destroyed in due course.

I worked thru the night bring in the 3 relevant videos from that interview, submitting them all to Digg as AIG – …  It is now about 8 a.m. MST and the two later videos are still not posted to charlierose.com, which links I had submitted.  Once you see all 3 of the videos, it should be clear to most anyone what the result was forthcoming.  The economic collapse I have been writing about will, with all certainly, topple the ongoing collapse into the well of the dark age ahead.

This is a quite drastic change from my intent at the time I finished with Digg last night, and I have not yet had a chance to sleep, which is becoming quite crucial by now!  Anyway, my earlier intent had been to guide you thru the pages of collapse into the action of tax strike.  Those webpages are still on here if you wish to look.  However, it now appears that we don’t have to do any more tax-strike stuff, the government has done itself in and it’s inevitable bankruptcy will come in due course.

(taking a break, gosh!  back in a while to finish this)  … TV was on, of course, and there was President Bush blowing his smoke that they’re getting it all fixed (as in calling around the world for MONEY), and that this mess has become global (which I had also anticipated)… gone again for a while

Executives from the major Wall Street firms expressed reluctance at a plan by government officials to have each firm chip in money to buy Lehman Brothers’ troubled real estate portfolio, worried that even after Lehman, another firm might need a similar bailout as the financial crisis continues to wreak havoc among the big investment banks.

It’s all part of the chain which brings us to the precipice.  Another 116 banks are standing in line on the FDIC list.

A deal has been drafted for the Fed to buy Lehman Brothers’ bad assets and clear the way for an eventual sale of the troubled firm.

Striker: We knew this was a’comin’ sometime this weekend. Is this the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back? Or do we hold our breath a few more days, or hours?

Yesterday’s news of the oil producing nations upping the production output of oil, in order to avoid economic calamity comes as no surprise to this author. After all when the looters are running the show, what else can you expect.

What are we to make of this?

Who is really in control?

Is this any kind of a free market economy, or what do you call it, when a few control the means of production?

There are those of you out there who believe, we live in a wonderful world of supply and demand, when actually it should be called corporate fixes, and control.

We need more than a tax strike to change the tyranny we live under!

We need a strike against the very system that controls us. Stay tuned for further developments, as this author proposes a peaceful non violent strike against the very economic machine that enslaves and uses us like so much grease on a chain.

One day you will realize this is the only way to change our destiny of subjugation, and misery.
